¡Los Translados son Divertido!

¡Hola Familia Fonnesbeck! This last week has been so fun with all the different changes from transfers. On Monday night we got a call from the ZLs with the news of what was going to happen. Elder Clarke left to go train a brand new missionary again in a branch in the Beaverton stake. They said that I was going to stay here and follow up train Elder Moffat who had only been out for six weeks. He was originally being trained by ZLs in an English YSA ward out in Mt. Hood. His Spanish is pretty good, but his ability to understand is something I am working with him during our language study. I am so excited to have him as a companion. Both of us being relatively new provides a great opportunity to learn new things together. On top of all the commotion of running an area and training, I didn't find out that I was also called to be a district leader until the day before transfer. ¡El Espiritu de Cristo!

¡Hola Fonzfam! This first week of December flew by as we get closer and closer to Christmas day. Our week was a lot better than last week as we had so many tender miracles as we met with people we haven't seen in a while and met some new people too. With opportunities to serve others and share #LightTheWorld, we've found success with spreading the Christ's Spirit with countless families and individuals. Thursday our zone had our personal interviews with President Bullen. That night we started an exchange with one of our district leader companionships which went into Friday. It was a more spiritual exchange because we decided as a zone that we would fast on that day to call upon the powers and blessings of heaven. As result many of the missionaries shared their miracles in our zone messenger chat. Someone called on set of sisters and asked to be baptized before the end of December! Another companionship found a mom and her son who asked about the BoM ...
